I have read this thing over and over, trying to decipher it. Having not much luck. From what I can read, especially at the beginning is that Noble Group is being repaid the loan monies via Crawleys shares for a price of 57.5 cents per share. TTY is not getting a cent. So most likely TTY did not loan the money to MON, it was NOBLE.
IMO thats why noble are doing the wheeling and dealing. It doesn't say anywhere that TTY will recieve a cent, so just maybe they are not owed any monies, it was noble all along. And again thats maybe why Mr Simpson can't explain the goings on, because he has nothing to with the debt recovery ( in this case debt forgiveness)
I am not 100% sure, but it seems to read that way. Going further into the document re MAL and other loans and payments, I have no idea.
Please help! Anybody!
