The way I am looking at this issue is that the staff & consultants who should know the potential of KRR have decided on shares rather than payment as the shares will be worth more in the long run. I really like the idea of people close to the project taking shares instead of payment.
Its the same when I see a director or directors buying into a company, it shows that have faith in what is going to happen. (Why would you except payment in shares or buy shares if you knew they were going to go down ?)

For me the chart had a BO buy signal with the MACD happening 5th August. Vol had increased as well as SP, which is another sign that people are starting to show interest in KRR again or know what their investment will be worth within the next 2 months and especially come July 2020.
