I would like to make a further comment. For almost 2 millenia we believed the story of Troy was a myth, a great story, and that it did not exist. We now know that it did exist and the site is in Turkey. In fact I have visited it. The discovery was made just over 100 yrs ago.
If something secular can eventually be found to be true why not some of the stories in the Bible?
