the difference is you say it’s worth nothing when in fact you are wrong just means it’s the first step to becoming a finalised deal once WKT is closer to production. As far as what was in the other post saying that no company would sign an off take agreement and then the miner not being able to supply would leave them out of pocket is B/S, that’s exactly why there is out clauses written into the agreement.
