still surprised I have received no replies regarding property prices.........or proof they have gone down or up ???????
might call commbank........could it be that only commbank customers pay more for their props ????? and other bank customers pay less for their props ?????
say this on the understanding commbank site prop values are derived from their own customer base ????
ps am feeling wealthy again.......since I reviewed my props and the minimum 10% gains for the next 5 years
