I find if there’s a disaster re news - management and broker will mutually cancel the underwriting agreement, it serves no purpose to burn a friendly broker.
Morgan’s must have some supportive clients. I remember I asked to be included in a 2.8c placement some time ago and was told there is no room, unusual in my experience.
