I think you offer a really good perspective @Sjlasx and consider you someone worth listening too.

Your points on A40 I have considered also. Given that Galaxy is considered their number 1 suitor though anything could happen between now and September.

Mark Calderwood in a post @Haplo posted on their forum seemed to give glowing praise to Galaxy, and make the arrangement out to be like Galaxy was defending a fellow Aussie miner. But I think we need to take a step back and realise that as great as it might be seen that we look after a fellow aussie... Business is business and the company needs to bring the best value to the holders. (In Galaxy)

Another poster pointed out that Lepidico and Alita have been like uni students that haven't left home, but I am pretty sure that it was A40 that asked us for money more recently than that of Lepidico who I must say have been very good at doing their own capital raisings and bringing value to their holders... Including us.. Galaxy as we have ownership in them and have converted.

A40 if Galaxy was to take them over... How do we work it out?

They have been in a suspension just before the recent crash and as I said earlier would probably be around 5 or 6 cents had that not occurred.

Given Galaxy have cash, I don't think they would do a scrip for scrip with a cash consideration as they want to use their cash for developing other projects.

Galaxy could use cash from recent shipments though.

To bring A40 into the fold do we experience dilution or that of a value add that as it merges doesn't cause the share price to fall away?

Whilst A40 might work well for the company without producing lithium chemicals how special are we?
