Further to the addition earlier this year of several high-profile and experienced veterans of the high-tech industry to its
Management Team (the ASX announcement of 02 Jul 08 refers), CertifiedMail has appointed three new executives -
Patti Dock, a longtime security industry veteran from McAfee, Inc.(www.mcafee.com), has been named Chief
Marketing Officer; Kevin Jones, a former software development manager at McAfee, Inc. is now Vice President of
Software Development; and Pete Cafarchio, former Director of Business Development for CA, Inc. (www.ca.com) is
now Vice President of Sales.
"With the industry moving to the virtualisation of IT services and the growth of Software as a Service (Saas), enterprises
of all sizes are waking up to the need and existence of SaaS-based secure e-mail. These industry executives have
stepped forward because they recognise something important when they see it," CertifiedMail’s President and Chief

Patti Dock, Chief Marketing Officer
Patti Dock brings more than 30 years of experience including executive positions with International Business Machines
Corp. (www.ibm.com), BEA Systems (www.bea.com, now part of Oracle Corporation www.oracle.com) and McAfee,
Inc. (www.mcafee.com). Outside of CertifiedMail, Dock is also a member of technical advisory boards at several
startup companies. Her background combines marketing and business experience in finance, telecommunications and
manufacturing industries; and technical experience in application, infrastructure and security software.

won a number of industry awards and has a strong base of loyal customers, especially among government bodies. I am

Kevin Jones, Vice President of Software Development
Kevin Jones has worked in software development for McAfee, Inc. (www.mcafee.com), has held senior positions at
Symantec Corporation (www.symantec.com) and was director of engineering at Digimarc Corporation
(www.digimarc.com), a leading supplier of secure identity and media management solutions.

Pete Cafarchio was part of the management team at PestPatrol with Bob Bales and Kelly Mackin, and landed a coveted
