    Hey @tutor, that went over my head a little. Any chance you might be able to bring it down to a layman's level explanation. I am interested to understand what you're pointing at.

    @Wary 1 & @bilulu it's fair to wonder why they wouldn't purchase at these prices just the same as they would have if those options were worthwhile by June 2020. - Make sense?

    At this time for the same dollar amount they could purchase just over twice the number of shares.

    Though it is a shame that the money they would use to buy on market won't go into the company accounts like if the options were executed.

    But yeah, If these guys believe in the company just as much as they did when they received their options I would be expecting them to dig deep and buy that same quantity on market.

    That's 4 million shares each which is ~$4.5 million each rather than needing to pay $11 million each.

    Kinda seems like a better incentive for them not to support the share price?

    Is this possibly another reason why the company hasn't done a share buy back? Not suitable for their personal investments.

    Makes you wonder hey?
