they would need aussie 10b a year profit to justify this investment.
money to develop wont be an issue if there is a profit to be made.
the coal mine within exr lease is worth +10 b US.
the copper mine within exr lease is worth +10b US
if there is 50 b worth of moveable gas, we will have a billion market cap
