Calderwood had no ability at cost control. He lavished money on anyone who clapped him on the shoulder and now A40 is here. My guess is Tribeca will stitch up a deal to sell off the company for whatever they're owed plus $1 along with some transaction bonus to cover their own share price loss and leave the remaining SH's gasping. Let's see if Galaxy wants anything.
