Now is the time for shareholders to show support to MC to get rid of this loan with its parasitic interest rates and restrictive covenants, if not they are likely to lose the lot. As I previously posted, it's now up to the large holders to step up, perhaps they could underwrite a rights issue to raise 45m or whatever amount is needed to refinance with non parasitic interest rates.
