I don't see the need to take them over, just gain control of the company, they could make A40 raise capital at say not more than 5c per share. If we pony up the $40M they owe then we would own most of the company.

We should not pay a premium for A40, we have already done that with the recent $20M and the other $10M for the initial stake at much higher prices.

Otherwise, let them go broke and pick up the assets from the lenders on the cheap.
