Sorry for the late reply, that is correct the agency has not sold 1 property for 3 months. not many people turningup to the open houses on weekends you basically can count the number of people on 2 fingers.
Kincella is correct regarding prop valuers, my wife gets phone calls from them quite a lot, agents are not allowed to value a property, maybe different in other states outside qld.
there are agents up here that tell sellers they can get them a higher price then the actual value just to get the listing. And the poor seller is chasing the price. People in QLD are listing there properties wanting 2004 & 2005 prices.
If US start increasing rates next year cost of borrowings will go up, any Aust banks leverage to this will just increase rates
