    How this board justifies its remuneration given the poor operational and share price performance is beyond me.

    Annual Salaries ~ $1m

    Annual Salaries > 8% of Market Cap

    MD $378k
    CFO $220k + up to $40k in performance cash payments
    Non Exec Chairman $162k
    COO $120k
    NED 1 $65k
    NED 2 $111k

    All of those management payments and Net Profit down $2.5m to $2.42m (previous year was $80k)
