So, let's re-visit the sequence of inane commentary:
CYB is deemed a HOLD in the afternoon of 15/8 (when the price is $2.41):

Followed by the change to SELL later that evening (at a share price of $2.39):

Then, without any explanation, it is considered a HOLD at a price of $2.48 (Friday pm, AEST):

By Monday morning (AEST), the stock is now ...er ....HELD.

And then during the course of the day, it miraculously becomes a BUY (at a price of $2.64):

So, to recap:
HOLD at $2.41
SELL at $2.39
HOLD at $2.48
BUY at $2.64
My guess is that, on the day the stock goes down, it will magically no longer be HELD and will suddenly become a SELL (even if the price at that stage is lower than when it was last called a BUY).
And so it goes....
