Hillgrove s Future

Firstly I love reading all your comments guys. So thank you.
I’m no expert so I kinda hang back.
I look at Hillgrove and I’m baffled
Is this totally undervalued or a company that is sorta wrapping up.
At under 7 cents the market cap is only a tad higher than what the PHES sold for ? Assuming they actually get all that cash which may or may not happen.

So why why such a low share price???
If they go underground and can keep the coming that would be insane.
But let’s assume that won’t happen. Then surely the wrap up sale price is worth more than 6.8 cents ?
- ore left to process
- plant and machinery
- land value
- etc
How can that not be worth more than 6.8 cents ?
so can you guys explain why it’s so low ?
is this share price a crazy bargain or are you crazy if you buy it ??
