Really does not matter what you or I say copperbod in the end. The fact is Gods personal name has been preserved in scripture through the ages. Whilst it’s mainly JWs who use the name, many others in Christian churches know it but refuse to identify with it. Here are 3 Bible translations that may be of interest to you.
American Standard Version - Isaiah 42:8 I am JEHOVAH, that is my name, and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise unto graven images.
Bible in Living English - Isaiah 42:8 I am JEHOVAH, that is my name, and I will not give my glory to another and my praise to scriptures.
King James Version - Psalm 83:18 - That men may know that thou, whose name is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.
Some people have said to me when I meet them at their doors that JWs have put Gods name in their Bible to suit our view. But that is not so because many Bible translations include the name.
