ANZ disposed of 5m shares which we already knew, so still holding 24.2m or 11.7%. Therefore no off market deal has been done YET, but could be imminent.
Good to see director (Peter Stedwell) buying. Picked up 1m contributing shares offmarket at 22. These must have been purchased from whoever bought the SLACF back in June when they were dumped on the market at 22. So were these buyers simply acting on behalf of directors?
Good to see directors buying rather than selling, however if we all had access to the same info we might all do the same. Not really a level playing field at the moment, investors flying blind without news.
Still, as I say, better they are buying. Also sounds like directors could be behind the buyers at $0.27 if they have set a price of $0.22 for the contributing shares.
