Hi Mercury, fwiw, I agree in part that one would expect the SP to jump upon confirmation of funding. As you say, "the news will be transformational". If the SP's rise to 45c was based on "hope that funding would drop" then it suggests that the old moat "buy the rumour and sell the news" is at play here. With the lack of news in this department, who knows what will happen SP-wise when the funding news does eventuate (and who knows when that will be). A bounce is most likely but how long-lived.

What has me concerned for WKT's SP is the blatant non-existence of your former resident guru, Oznt. It highly resemebles what we experienced on our BSM forum last year. The SP hit a 3-bagger in the run-up of recommissioning of our plant and before nameplate was even achieved and announced, the SP came off and continued to do so for month upon month. Gradually our resident guru of all things graphite faded away into the background. "Mulit-baggers" and predictions of "10c by the end of the year". He was there in the "wings" reading our posts. When it is was highlighted by a couple of posters and I stated "He had given up the ghost" late last year, he miraculously reappeared out of the wings. Then all the talk from him was about the possibility of a CR and how companies should raise before it is needed. Low and behold, a CR was dropped on us.

I have learnt my lesson there. Be wary of ramping at the upper end of the SP curve and be very careful about accumulating too much on the way down. No one knows where the bottom is especially when reliant on news. The lack thereof can be very expensive. One look at our SP and you will know what I am talking about.. Just saying... "where is Ozxt now that the SP is going down the proverbial gurglar?" Perhaps MaxAction should plot his appearance and disappearance on his charts (along with price-sensitive anns) as an accurate indicator of where the SP was and is heading.

Certainly don't want to be casting any aspersions about your most informative former poster nor do I want to create any waves here.... just an observation that could just be coincidental. As an outside observer who is adorned with scars from third-degree burns, I am just a little skeptical now of the rampers who are just overly knowledgable and have all the information at the tip of their fingers. That's great and very handy for HC readers and holders of a stock whose SP is at the bottom... just dangerous to have the likes of them around when the SP has run its course at the upper end of the curve.
