Personally I think it’s the 80/20 rule

In every field where humans participate - 80% is crap to very ordinary - 20% is good

Inside that 20% is a couple of percent that is outstanding

It’s why qualifications aren’t worth the paper they are written on

It’s results and only results that mean anything
