Mick, all the world's major miners are in court in different jurisdictions at different times. They employ lawyers to play the grey and sometimes they get away with it and other times they dont. Then there is the odd environmental disaster that really can hurt all involved. Mate, take a bex and have a lie down. I concur that dealing with Codelco will require more moves than Bobby Fischer, but with LPI and MSB headed up by highly competent and respected Chileans, I am feeling quite comfortable about it all. What a JV with Codelco presents LPI/MSB is an opportunity to accelerate incremental development at Maricunga - AND as the PFS and DFS show, the big economies of scale and financial returns kick in above 20k LCE production pa and that is where we need to be. We can all be winners at Maricunga and BIG winners over time.

Gekko, this is not just any other mining company, this is a State company and has gone to the high court to stop being audited, WHY ? what are they hiding, are they playing with a straight bat?
