My understanding is that Insurance coverage of BOD's means unless you can find evidence of unlawful activity rather incompetence then Insurance picks up your old BOD legal costs whilst new BOD has to expend time and our money to peruse rather than concentrate on moving MLM foward..Also need to remember MLM lawyer was closly involved over the last few years, including jumping on the board in the dying days of old BOD and gathering evidence by lawyers against lawyer would see the old boys network envoked.
