I would advise you research all you can about technical analysis to really start to understand how the charts work, how to read them, what they are showing you etc. I made (and will no doubt continue to make) fundamental mistakes when I entered the share market a couple of years ago. Those mistakes cost me a lot of money - thankfully not more than I could afford to lose, but it still smarts....

    Some reading material for you:

Accelerate your Wealth by Dale Gillham - he also runs a twice weekly webcast on Youtube (look for Wealth Within)
How to Own the World by Andrew Craig (whilst this is a UK based book, the teachings are largely universal)
Trading for Dummies (no pride lost on reading this, it gives a lot of useful information)

These will help give you a grounding in what you are looking at / for.

In regards to RSG - this is a traded stock. By that, I mean, look at the history - it spikes and drops again. People jump in for the ride, then sell. Thats happened each time its hit a high. History often helps you determine when to sell and buy, and technical analysis helps you to determine entry and exit points.

For example, when the price of gold hit its all time high back in 2011, RSG hit a high of $2.21 - within 6 months it was back to $1.20. More recently, when gold rose 35% from Dec 2015 to July 2016, RSG got to $2.35 - within 10 weeks it was back below $1.

This time, RSG went from 96c to $2.12 within 6 weeks - that's an exponential rise. A drop was always on the cards.

Based on my analysis, I feel quite confident in saying that now this has broken the $1.67 support, it will go down to at least $1.51. As and when it breaks $1.51, it will go to $1.39. I expect it to fall at least into the $1.40's if not further.

DYOR, but make sure you protect your capital. I would argue its time to take your profits and wait for a bounce up to be confirmed - you can always buy back in.

All IMO, DYOR, good luck to all holders.
