    Yes Mayo. Very magnanimous.
Don't be surprised if not many were to share your view.
COP/WPL have done everything possible to obstruct FAR in their rights.
Every dirty trick in the book.
The cost while difficult to quantify will have been huge.
The most obvious being have to raise at artificially low prices.
This has cost shareholders not involved in the CR's like you and I big time.
If FAR were to win and not have to pay WPL's adjustments it would "just" recompense for what it has cost FAR.
We will wait and see what the Arbiters come up with.
As discussed a thousand times ostensibly they have been asked for a yes or no answer as to whether PE rights exist or not.
    Nothing else.
This was the beauty in only asking for "declaratory relief".
If the answer is yes, then it follows that the sale to WPL is invalid and it is for COP to issue FAR with a valid notice.
    Seems simple to me.
Notwithstanding I accept that lawyers are paid large amounts of money to obfuscate and complicate matters.

Waiting reduces one day at a time!
