To repeat; I have not found a more trusty way of valuing a stock after shock info than taking the 'analysts' new target prices and halving them. Add yourself 5% so as not to miss the bottom and there you go.
has worked for me everytime, from dumplings in China (go synear!) to banks in london to , now, property trusts..
Think this one will go back to the 170-180 level where most of you seem to have bought..
Plan to be out myself then..really dislike the current valuations they have set on property..
but for now..
a buy..
