In this instance I think they are talking about a yearly timeframe Q2 being in the first half of the year.

Yes, we have missed that target, this was the same for the ML too. These charts are goals that management plans to achieve in a some what fluid timeframe.

I did email Trevor Benson about updating this timeline so all of us can have an estimate as to when funding can be expected.
Here is a direct quote from his email and he says it allot better than I ever could:

"Unfortunately we have to work to the potential funder’s timetables not our own. As you probably can tell, I’d love to be able to control the entire timetable. But we are doing our best and pushing hard."
