Sometimes I just can't fathom the total lack off logic by some. Who in their right mind will spend hundreds of millions without having some guarantee of recourse if the deal falls through? FAR may think that they won't need to cough up the " WPL spend" in event they succeed in ICC and choose to PE but that is lalaland dreams. But justIMO.. MyFok!!
