does feel that way!
Can keep on blaming oceanic, but i do wonder, if it is them 'depressing market', why some other fund or other financier can't 'pick up the tab; if it's oceanic, the're loosing big time on current rate; still think it's bargain basement.
Next couple of announcements may prove up, whats currently assumed! Then .... ?
