Price was gapped down on announcement, and then kept down for as long as possible, while the 'offer' was loaded.
Then it was slowly 'buy the offer' all afternoon.
Yes, most likely a shakeout - a sign of potential future strength - although unconfirmed at this stage.
If price responds positively in the coming days (making this a successful shakeout), this market will be well placed (to move higher).
