In theory you might be right but the market doesn't value companies that way. So many companies with 0 earnings in the billion market cap range. Look at uber and tesla for example. Bubs was over 800m with 0 earnings not long ago.
Hype, potential, state of the general market and fear of missing out has a lot to do with company valuation.
Jat should in theory go up as it is due to its cash flow positive result and everything it has accomplished but the market doesn't price it that way yet. Jat is unique in this position I believe as I never saw a small cap company turning over 80m revenue with 25m in fixed assets being valued at 50m. Last motley fools article is outdated and we have no broker coverage and barely any Australian news reporting the full story.
