I'm not a Catholic but it seems to me that this whole issue has been driven by leftie anti-Catholic sentiment ... I trust that on appeal the court will find that the judges a quo erred in law ... one kid's claim of sexual abuse that occurred years ago? possibly a false memory stirred up by publicity of sexual abuse and hatred of the Catholic church ??? only too easy to make a claim of abuse and claim compo ...
