    A40s operation should have been shut down long ago
    They couldn't because of the debt covenant.
    The new money should allow operations to be put on C&M immediately
    and on hold for 18 months hoping for the Spod price to recover.
    Galaxy should be thinking about the same for Mt Cattlin
    under $600 is not profitable for a hard rock operation.
