Thing to remember is, you can't just look at NextDC in isolation. There is more than competent competition, with deep pockets.
They will all naturally take pieces of the pie.
Equinix has SY4 completed, with SY5 well under construction atm.
Global Switch has Sydney East.
NextDC with S2.
Airtrunk has a massive Sydney site which they have already uprated.
Macquarie has a comparable site to S2 under construction.
In terms of free capacity to service Sydney, it probably go's:
1. Airtrunk.
2. Equinix.
3~4~5. Macquarie, GlobalSwitch, NextDC.
