Wages have to be high to support 24 to 40 year old big spenders support government supported property barrens demands for higher property prices!
Lower wages kill the property market then we would see some bitchen!
Got to take some pressure off 24 to 40 year olds by secure employment that allows them to get the loans to spend up big and pay those high property prices!
American manufacturers survive on robotics/automation!
Australian business needs to go in that direction.
