Capital Raises are nothing but a business transaction when its kept in a circle who know the game and professional brokers/security firms. Front the money for a decent discount and take the 15%-50% return on their investment in a short amount of time, no one is going to complain with a "better then the banks return" in a few weeks  on $50-$100k when you know when to exit.
Let retailers fight over it for months until the next pump and get the nod on when to get back in while the lead broker and their monkeys work  the 10% fluctuations over the months and cause the announcement pump and dumps trapping new investors and traders who don't take loss's/protect capital.
