I would say 99% . BSI would not have put it on hold and given OSL the oppertunity to address their concerns if there was no chance . Hopefully OSL has addressed every concern properly and have added extra information that has been made available due to the delay . My main concern is if it can be achieved before Brexit take effect ? . Merry Lynch both international and in Aust have been throwing some serious money buying OSL shares so I am trusting their judgment and I acquired more shares
