I look forward to all perpertrators and protectors being ruthlessly weeded out of the Church,but am not in favour of kangaroo courts convicting on absurd evidence of one (1) witness and no evidence. He could not have committed this crime at the claimed time and place ,without someone noticing.Sacristies are very busy places,especially after High Masses,for quite some time after them.A new precedent has been set and a very dangerous one
