Pell Loses Appeal, page-155

"....kangaroo courts convicting on absurd evidence of one (1) witness and no evidence...."

I put more faith in the courts who have heard the whole case and arguments from both sides, than I do in those that have read a few blogs from those with a barrow to push and/or think they know more than the courts.


".....Sacristies are very busy places,especially after High Masses...."

Seems to be a general statement that does not address what the actual situation was at the time of the offence. And you don't think the argument was brought up in the case and considered by the Jury.


Any armchair legal eagle who thinks they have more insight and expertise than Pell's defence team should contact them immediately and share their wisdom with them.


As it stands, Pell has had his day in court and has been found guilty by those that have put in the hard yards going through all the evidence and arguments.

I'm not sure why anyone would feel compelled to try and portray Pell as a victim that was hard done by.
