I doubt anyone is accumulating.

People like to think accumulation is going on but on all the threads of all the companies where this is asserted - when has a substantial holder notice followed? Very rare!

No - probably just the traders multi parcel trading, anything that gets bought will be dumped for around a 1c move - slowly sucking all the capital out of fresh buyers and the company until it lies as dried out as the husk of an old hag.

And of course if they are left holding too many parcels the ramping will start.
