Lol - yeah it’s a bit confusing. Here is my take. 1 they have found significant results to underpin the launch of a clinical trial 2. They need a certain sample group size (125 or so) for the clinical study.
So basically this announcement is celebrating both the results of the observation trial and the growing sample group.
