    Assuming 4m trade of today was from ANZ they are down to say 20m

    5% of company votes (206m) is 10.4m.

    So another 10m and they will be under the 5% "substantial holder" threshold.

    Can do what they like then and good news should be able to absorb their selling from that point anyway.
