Some of you are very precious. The company has made many of you a small (maybe large) fortune. Now some of you are crying about the company not disclosing etc etc, because a substantial shareholder is out (because they need the cash, it seems). Firstly, there's something called commercial in confidence to not disrupt things during a transaction etc, secondly, how many times do you see announcements of changes in substantial holding after the shares have been transacted? plenty of times, I'm sure, it's a daily occurrence.
Goldfields still owns 50% of Gruyere and will earn a decent income from this for the next 12+ years.
Calm down - get a grip, educate yourself.
