I don't think the SP will head much further south, with so much potential good news around the corner we may even begin to see it rise again. Every day we are closer to finalizing negotiations with tier one North American bank and V2 launch.

- Contract negotiations with a tier 1 North American bank have reached final stage
- 9 Spokes sought the removal of exclusivity provisions which prevented 9 Spokes frompursuing additional bank customers, or deploying open banking services, in the UK
- Company focused on establishing processes and salescollateral to work with Microsoft on co-sell opportunities
- Preparation for launch of V2 platform to existing channel partners in Q3
- Placement raised $6.3 million with the Company now debt free andfunded to pursue its growing and advanced pipeline of new customer opportunities

Hold em tight the next few months could get very interesting
