I haven’t been out in 8-10m swells but I’ve tasted 6-7m in a 17m boat (shallow water).

While I chastised myself for going Commando, I had an Epiphany!!
My shorts wouldn’t hold the stains, there was ample wet stuff to wash them with, I was in charge of my own destiny and it was an awesome experience to be up close and personal with that much energy!

A scotch/bourbon and coke served to me by a religious barmaid could possibly have helped but I would have preferred her to serve me once I was through the passage and into flat water
