It won't take an extra 12 months to produce the initial 2000tons because the lithium will have been evaporated and stored just waiting to be processed. It won't reach nameplate capacity straight away, but to say it will take an extra 12 months before any revenue comes in is just ridiculous. I dare say the 500tpa plant will be running for the duration of this period as well.
