Performance shares are attached to 80 mill revenue for the FULL FINANCIAL YEAR.
Cant be this year, so will have to be next.
That gives them an incentive to make 80 mill revenue or more for next financial year.
This is good I believe (average of 20 mill a quarter)
So the first tranche of performance shares will be issued earliest at 30 June 2020. 2nd tranche will be issued at 30 June 2021. By that stage JAT share price will be excess 30 cents
