Good to see GMV has put out another honest update. Definitely not in shareholders best interest to pursue a highly dilutive raising at this point in time.

OTC market will have next to no volume. Whilst there is a market marker, the spread is very high. Just looking at Fortescue as an example, the spread is 2 to 3 percent and it only trades about $25k to $50k a day. Anyhow, a good outcome and a stepping stone to the Nasdaq at a later point in time.

This announcement tells me we don't need any external funds. Yacov will keep funding and the HK IPO will happen once the CDFA approvals are in the bag.

I really hoped the company was going to announce a UK sales contract and CDFA was back on track. That could have sent the sp back up on Monday. Who knows, we may get another announcement before the open on Monday.

Definitely not the doom and gloom some were predicting.

Business as normal.
