Saying that it was likely to be taken private was about as doom and gloom as commentary got if you ask me.
Just had a quick read through. It looks to me like they are trying to pretend that NASDAQ was never about raising funds, when that was exactly what it was about. I don't think this will fool anyone and we'll still probably get punished on Monday. Counter intuitively, I'm feeling much more positive about the company. It seems like a line has been drawn under all the recent bad news and it's now time to get back to business.
