The technology is sound. Its a shame to see another company reconstructed into the hands of a muilti national. All shareholders will be diluted.

For myself this is just another blow not to invest in this type of investment.I personally have been approached by the companty to inject more capital and so has a number of other major shareholders. We are all of the agreement that we have invested more than enough, As a seed capitalistin SMN my break even is .14 cents per share as with the other major investors. Any one like to give Robin Dean a ring and see how much he is holding as one of the major shareholders. I believe about 15%. Google him. Thats why now I invest in Forex and highly liquid equities etc,. I have been with this company since Ron Davey first had the vision, more than 10yrs ago. I believe the company will survive but in who's hands and at what expense to excisting shareholders. Another great incentive to invest in these companies.

Anyway I feel better now I have had my bitch.

Lets keep the AUSSIE dream alive and continue to cut the heads of tall poppies and send our resources, technology etc offshore. And pay high TAX's for the privillage.
